Terms of Service

This website is operated by Inebas Studio ("we", "us"). By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and information

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2. Prices

All prices are listed and charged in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Prices shown in USD or other currencies are for reference only; the final amount charged by your bank may differ due to exchange rates and bank fees. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock errors, pricing errors or suspected fraud; in that case you will receive a full refund.

4. Pre-order items

Pre-order items are not yet in stock. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product page and is an estimate only. If the item is delayed, we will notify you and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together when all items are available, unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, holidays or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, photos, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Inebas Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. User conduct

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to submit false information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inebas Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Vietnam's consumer protection laws.

11. Privacy

Your use of our store is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be settled by a competent court in Vietnam.
