Shipping Policy
Inebas Studio ships all orders from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping within Vietnam
- Standard: 192,000₫ – 3–5 business days
- Express: 408,000₫ – 1–2 business days
Cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders within Vietnam.
Shipping to the United States
- International: flat rate of 490,000₫ (shown in USD at checkout) – estimated delivery in approximately 15 days after dispatch
We currently ship only to Vietnam and the United States.
Customs, duties and taxes
International prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. Any such charges are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays or weather. We're not responsible for delays once a parcel has left our hands, but we'll gladly help you follow up with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us at oky@inebasstudio.com within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve it.
