01 How does preorder work?
Pieces marked PREORDER are not in stock yet. You can order them now as usual: choose your size, add to bag and check out. Preorders ship in 7–10 working days, and your order confirmation shows that it is a preorder.
02 How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size guide with bust, waist and hip measurements in cm and inches, and a how-to-measure guide. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up. If you are unsure, send us your measurements and we will help.
03 Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and cash on delivery (COD). All orders are charged in Vietnamese dong (VND); prices in USD are shown for reference only.
04 How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address. Delivery times and costs are on our Shipping & delivery page.
05 Can I return or exchange a piece?
